We had major employee problems in 2019 and were unable to qualify for the national seal after the employee survey in accordance with the Values Network©. After company support from 2 coaches in 2020-2022, with the result that better communication and good cooperation is good for everyone, we decided to conduct the employee survey again.

We want to promote apprenticeship training (look out for suitable applicants) and offer qualification measures for existing employees. We also want to attract new employees by improving the external image of the company.
