Nursing care center in Geiseltal GmbH (2024*)

The focus of our work is on people in the last stage of their lives. Our motto is: "We have made caring our mission".

Flat hierarchies mean that employees always have someone to talk to, even at senior management level. We maintain transparent, open and good communication with our employees. Employees are informed about decisions and involved in important ones.
By continuously training our employees, we are already doing good work in the company. The wishes of our employees' training topics are important to us.
We organize team-building hiking days with our employees every year. This allows employees from our facilities to get to know each other better and to talk to each other.

In September 2023, the Fachkraft im Fokus project was presented at the state conference on the changing nursing profession in the Johanneskirche.
As the management, we were interested in whether we as an employer were meeting the expectations of our employees. Through the survey, we hoped to uncover potential for improvement in order to do justice to our employees
