The management always has an open ear for requests, concerns - both personal and professional, suggestions and criticism. Direct and open communication is part of everyday life. In addition, opportunities for further training or special activities, such as the recent Erasmus exchange for trainees to Greece, are highlighted. We are happy to help with implementation and provide monetary and working time support. Sporty employees, or those who would like to become sporty, have their gym fees covered by the company. Colleagues who would like to try out a different working time model, such as part-time or the 30-hour week, are supported and fully integrated into the company. The team outings and Christmas parties are of course also popular and contribute to a sense of togetherness.

On the one hand, we wanted to find out the current situation. On the other hand, the survey with Wertenetz is a good opportunity to compare our own perception with reality. As a result, the evaluation offers a unique opportunity to identify adjusting screws and potentials in order to continuously improve employee satisfaction - one of our most important assets.

We will support our employees even more in their personal and professional development. We have agreed workshops and training courses with our cooperation partner ESO as part of the "HOGA Resilience" project. From training for the chambermaids to better English skills, communication training and management training, we have developed an extensive range of training courses with the project sponsor Euro-Schulen until the end of 2026.
