Cooperation at eye level is very important to us. Personal aspects and wishes of employees are taken into account when planning shifts. We have also organized a team coaching session on stress management and conducted it in small groups.

We had a fundamental interest in the needs and satisfaction of our employees. We wanted to identify topics that we should work on from within the organization.

We want to create an attractive and modern working environment. Further training opportunities for employees are to be expanded and communication redesigned.
