SARA Betreuungsgesellschaft stationäre Pflege not only guarantees its residents excellent care, but also gives its employees a sense of well-being. In addition to health management, team-building measures are also carried out. Employees have the opportunity to develop their professional skills within the company. We also organize employee events, which are very well received.

We wanted to increase employee motivation and commitment by deriving targeted improvement measures from the results of the survey. The survey was intended to discuss the stress levels of employees in the company in order to derive ways to reduce staff turnover and increase company loyalty and attractiveness.

We want to improve internal communication through weekly management meetings. A grievance box will allow concerns and requests for improvement to be communicated anonymously. In addition, team-building measures, such as participation in the annual dragon boat race, are intended to strengthen cohesion. Employees are to be relieved of some tasks by external companies and different working time models are to be introduced to accommodate single mothers, for example. In addition, the further development of professional skills is to be strengthened through individual training opportunities and the health of employees is to be improved through internal health management.
