Our motto is: "We have made caring our mission".
We share the view that the resident must be at the center of all our efforts. Their physical and psychological deficits are at the forefront and require support in a balancing manner. This is the only way we can and want to promote their potential.

Flat hierarchies mean that employees always have someone to talk to, even at senior management level. We maintain transparent, open and good communication with our employees. Employees are informed about decisions and involved in important ones.
By continuously training our employees, we are already doing good work in the company. The wishes of our employees' training topics are important to us.
We organize team-building hiking days with our employees every year. This also allows them to get to know each other better and talk to each other.

In September 2023, the Fachkraft im Fokus project was presented at the state conference on the changing nursing profession in the Johanneskirche.
As management, we were interested in whether we as an employer were meeting the expectations of our employees. Through the survey, we hoped to uncover potential for improvement in order to do justice to our employees.
