As part of our Values Network© survey, we create unique short videos that are premiered during our annual ceremonies to award the state seal "The employee-oriented company - I feel good here". 2025 | Saxony-Anhalt's employee-oriented companies
The state seal recognizes companies that are sustainably committed to good working conditions and meet the minimum standards of good work. Since the procedure was introduced, 317 companies in Saxony-Anhalt have already used the Werteetz© analysis tool to record the values of their employees and managers and compare them with the reality of the company. This year's award brings the total number of state seals awarded to date to 190, including numerous care companies, which account for around 24 percent of all award winners - i.e. almost one in four companies.
The 34 current award winners come from a wide variety of regions in the state, including ten care companies that make an important contribution to ensuring the quality of care in Saxony-Anhalt with their commitment to good working conditions.
