Sinarmas Cepsa Deutschland GmbH (SCDG), a company in the chemical industry, is a 50:50 joint venture between the companies Sinar Mas, Indonesia, and CEPSA, Spain. The sulphating plant at the Genthin site was taken over by SCDG in January 2016. It produces anionic surfactants and their precursors, which are used in the manufacture of detergents, cleaning agents, personal care products and cosmetics.
We are a company with an international background and are well integrated into the Group's value chain. The demand for our products depends on the economic situation, as washing is always in demand. For this reason, wages are based on collective agreements with benefits that exceed those of collective agreements. We have a low fluctuation rate.
