Many of our colleagues have been working in our company for a very long time. Some of our colleagues have been with us for 20 years and changed departments when the service company was founded. There is a positive atmosphere and we can rely on each other.

The needs of the individual are discussed and taken into account in personal and team meetings. Communication is honest and reliable. The word spoken counts. New employees are welcomed warmly and openly.
