The area of responsibility of the Ausbildungsverbund der Wirtschaftsregion Braunschweig/Magdeburg e.V. (ABV) is extensive and ranges from the vocational training of young people to the creation of in-company training places and the placement of young people in the primary labor market.
As a non-profit association and recognized provider of independent youth welfare services in the state capital of Magdeburg, it took part in the employee survey to identify topics for increasing employee satisfaction - and was successful. The ABV was therefore awarded the state seal "The employee-oriented company - I feel good here" in 2019.</p
