Employees should experience effectiveness in their work. In concrete terms, this means that children and young people are empowered and supported. The working structures should be designed in such a way that all people who work with children can do so with full energy and joy.

Our philosophy is that all employees, from cleaners to managing directors, earn the same hourly wage. This means that the hierarchies are extremely flat and all employees work according to the principles of self-managing teams. Finally, all employees work part-time.

We wanted to check whether our communicated values actually correspond to our lived values and find out where we might have overlooked the need for change.
