In order to continuously improve as a company, the management needs the evaluations (positive and negative) to be able to meet the wishes and expectations of the employees. A conversation with Mr. Breier (Regional Consultant Company) motivated the regional management to face the evaluation with courage.

Nursing care and companies are changing. Our employees are involved in the process of further development. We also want to recruit new trainees in order to maintain the supply of skilled workers.A better work-life balance - also in the care sector - and a working time model geared towards the different phases of life are strategic objectives. A health-promoting working environment is to be created on an ongoing basis through occupational health management.
