Good work is the result of satisfied employees. The most important thing for us is that our employees feel comfortable. Every day they face new challenges, which each individual can only master thanks to the good company cohesion. It goes without saying that they are fairly remunerated for their work.

There are three pillars for our employees: Sustainability and social responsibility, leadership understanding and ability, strong employer brand. The three pillars for customers are: strong customer loyalty, digital dealership, professionalization of aftersales.

Our company is very diverse. There are many benefits, such as: Hansefit, BetterDoc & Jobrad. These are very popular with our employees and experience has shown that they make everyday life much easier. Every year, a budget is made available for individual and personalized training courses, even online. This applies from trainees to branch managers. Every year, the management organizes a Weller Gala where we meet all 35 locations of the company. Internally, we have what we like to call our second little family with our colleagues, for example: a summer party lasting several days, Christmas parties, barbecues, an employee evening at the annual wine festival in Salzwedel and, this year for the third time in a row, a Kulti Wiesn for employees and customers.

At a junior business meeting, we learned about the possibility of obtaining the national seal from the regional consultant, Heiko Wisny. It was a good opportunity for us to check ourselves. We wanted to know what we could do better and what we could do to have satisfied employees. We are grateful to have had such an opportunity and since then we are a better team than before.

Based on our evaluation, which we also discussed in detail with our regional consultant, we have come to the conclusion that we do not need to change very much. Individual cases, which you can see from the survey, have come out of their shell and talked about their problems. We were really pleased about that. This enabled us to find a fair solution to the existing dissatisfaction. As a result, we have achieved even greater cohesion in our team and, above all, satisfied employees. Since the beginning of the year, we have had a fruit box following a recommendation. Surprisingly, this has been very well received and is also very popular.
