Under the motto "FiF on site", the regional advisors of the state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus are planning a series of events to support residents and companies in rural areas of Saxony-Anhalt. Our regional advisors for skilled workers can support skilled workers in their job search directly on site, without having to make a long journey: We help with creating applications, preparing for job interviews or searching for suitable further training and funding opportunities. Together, we can explore your career opportunities and inform you about a career change or reorientation -
Our regional consultants also provide companies based in Saxony-Anhalt with information on topics such as employee satisfaction, company training and funding opportunities as well as recruiting and securing skilled workers.
