The WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt invites you to attend the online seminar “Right of Residence Based on Opportunity under Section 104c of the Residence Act” on August 9, 2023, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Thomas Stöckl, a lawyer specializing in immigration law, will lead the event.
In addition to a comprehensive overview of the legal framework, the focus will be on providing support during implementation. Case studies will be used to illustrate key points. There will also be ample time to discuss your questions and engage in a group discussion.
The event is aimed at volunteer and full-time advisors and support workers for migrants.
