The WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt invites you to attend the online seminar "Right of residence under Section 104c of the Residence Act" on August 9, 2023, from 2 to 5 p.m. Thomas Stöckl, a lawyer specializing in migration law, will lead the event.
In addition to a comprehensive presentation of the legal basis, the focus will be on support during implementation. Case studies will be used to illustrate the points made. There will also be plenty of time to discuss your questions and engage in a joint exchange.
The event is aimed at volunteer and full-time advisors and support workers for migrants.
